How about free shipping?

Shipping to any destination within the USA, Mexico, and CANADA (except for P.O Boxes) is free!

 

I live in another international location outside the USA, Mexico, and Canada. Will you ship here?

Of course! International shipping costs for your order will be based on your order’s weight, volume and destination, which will come up automatically at checkout.

 

Import duties?

All international orders outside Mexico are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. This fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery.

 

What is the Pre-Arrival Experience?

Handmade just for you, purchasing a craft or piece of art from Atentica is an experience itself!  You won’t miss out on any of the key moments during the 5-15 week production process before it arrives to your home.  It’s like having backstage passes to a concert!

 

What is the timeframe for delivery?

Due to the highly crafted process involved in creating your piece the timeframe for delivery will be from approximately 5 to 15 weeks. 24 hours after your order is placed, our “Post-Sale” Team will send your piece’s Pre-Arrival Experience, which will keep you up to date with your piece’s progress through its creation.

Once your items have shipped (after they are created), they’ll reach you in 7-10 business days.

Want to know where your piece is?

Once your order is on its way to you, we’ll send you an email with your tracking details. This information will be sent once your piece has been created and is ready to be shipped. This email is separate from your order confirmation email, so be careful not to miss it!

 

 

Returns on Damaged Items

Art integrity comes first. If for any reason your piece is damaged during shipping, we will happily process a return within 24 hours of your product’s arrival.
